Shipping & Handling Charges
We ship via UPS standard shipping (3-7 business days). The cost of delivery is based on the weight of the products ordered and the delivery zip codes. Our website will calculate shipping costs during the checkout process. In addition to UPS shipping charges the total will include a $4 packing and handling fee.

Our Products Are Heavy
Please note that some of our emergency survival kits and supplies are heavy, which will be reflected in the shipping costs of those items.

Timing
We will make every effort to process your order within 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, UPS standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Your order will arrive within 1-3 weeks.

We will notify you as soon as possible if additional delays are expected and give you the option of cancelling your order if the time frame is unacceptable to you.

Please note delays can occur at any time. In the weeks (or months) following a major disaster, emergency supplies often experience high demand and quantities can be limited.

Returns & Cancellations
Your order can be cancelled at any time before it is shipped.

We are happy to refund the purchase price (not including shipping) of unopened product within 14 days. If your product was damaged during the shipping process we will exchange it, if notified at info@earlybirdsafety.com within 7 days.
